Shabnam ‘Shab’ Amiri is a multilingual speech-language pathologist and founder of Speech Plan Inc. With over 28 years of experience, Shab has helped children and adults across North America and internationally regain their voice and confidence.
Her expertise lies in medical speech therapy for individuals with neurological disorders such as Aphasia, Dysphagia, Voice Disorders, Parkinson’s Disease, and Cognitive Deficits. She is also passionate about helping people with stuttering overcome lifelong fluency challenges.
Shab’s holistic, client-centered approach integrates the latest neuroscience research. She combines her extensive experience with certifications in NLP, Positive Psychology, and Accent Modification. Her mission is empowering individuals to communicate effectively, build strong relationships, and achieve personal and professional goals.
With over 10,000 hours of clinical experience and a passion for mentoring future speech therapists, Shab is committed to transforming lives through the power of clear communication—helping you communicate better, live better, and succeed.

Ma. Julia Tormakh, MS, CCC-SLP
Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (Spanish-English), Licensed in CA & FL | ASHA Member since 2005
Ma. Julia Tormakh brings over 20 years of experience as a bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist, specializing in diverse settings such as public schools, private clinics, and telehealth. She spent 17 years with LAUSD before moving to Florida in 2020, continuing her work in both public and private sectors.
Julia’s expertise includes diagnosing and treating communication disorders in children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disabilities, Down Syndrome, and more. She also supports adults with Stroke/Aphasia, Dementia, and Dysarthria. Dedicated to impacting lives, Julia thrives in collaborative environments.
In her free time, Julia enjoys knitting and crocheting, which allow her to unwind and nurture her creativity.
